Hafedh Ben Salah

Prof. Dr. Hafedh Ben Salah is a university professor, a lawyer at the Court of Cassation, and a legal consultant with extensive professional experience. He has held high-responsibility positions, including serving as the Minister of Justice and Director of the Higher Institute for the Legal Profession.

He has also played an active role in professional associations and organizations, acting as an arbitrator in economic disputes and as a lawyer before administrative courts of international organizations. His expertise spans various fields of law and consultancy, including assignments related to governance, child protection, competition, and legal reform.

Ghassen Ben Salah

Ghassen Ben Salah has been a lawyer since 2006, with a background in judicial law and a Master’s degree in Public Law from the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Toulouse, obtained in 2005.

He has extensive expertise in civil and commercial litigation, making him a highly skilled professional in navigating complex legal disputes and providing strategic counsel to his clients.

Prof. Dr. Walid Ben Salah has been a lawyer since 2005. He holds a Master's degree in Business Law from the Business Law Institute of Aix-en-Provence, obtained in 2004, and earned a Ph.D. in Private Law in 2012.

He has served as a consultant for several international organizations, including the UNDP, the Council of Europe, and the OHCHR, with a focus on governance and anti-corruption.

Additionally, he works as a university professor in private law and criminal sciences and is the author of several books and articles in the fields of criminal law, business law, and sports law.
